Project Manager (Crypto, CEX)

PointPay is a full-fledged crypto services ecosystem, comprising services such as Exchange, Wallet, Payment System, and Launchboard. It is aimed at the global market and is available in 19 languages.

The PointPay platform supports interface services, including Mobile (iOS & Android) and Interface and authentication. It replaces the traditional banking model, enabling cost-effective and instant fund transfers worldwide using our proprietary off-chain technology and PointPay token (PXP). 1.5 billion people worldwide lack both financial literacy skills and access to banking services, and they would like to have both.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the development and execution of projects for our centralized exchange platform. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We only consider candidates from the top 30 centralized exchanges.

Responsibilities:

- 3+ of management and leading CEX.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Coordinate project resources, prepare budgets, and monitor progress.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Improve or create new process frameworks to increase efficiency and business impact.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct basic research and usability testing to understand user needs and incorporate feedback into project requirements.
- Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements.
- Support leaders in subsidiary companies with their fundraising strategies and compliance processes.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities, supported by a communication plan to keep existing and potential investors informed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing and executing large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive metrics and benchmarks.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Existing knowledge of the crypto industry, especially in wallet and/or custody operations, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a range of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in English and familiarity with platform UI best practices.
