Business Development analyst, New markets

Responsibilities:

• Market analysis in key business areas: assessment of volumes and dynamics, growth factors, competitive environment, search for market insights and opportunities for company development;
• Preparing a business case for entering a new market/existing market with a new product: preparing a value proposition for all stakeholders, identifying differentiators from competitors, functional strategies and customer journey, identifying critical success factors, key risks and actions to hedge these risks;
• Preparation of business cases for launching new products;
• Preparation of analytics and presentations for the board of directors, senior management, functional divisions of the company;
• Preparation of materials for making investment decisions.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a business analyst in business consulting/investment company at least 3 years is a must.
• English language - not lower than B1 or intermediate. Preferably from B2 / upper-intermediate.
• Understanding of business 360 degrees, expertise in financial industry projects is highly desirable (priority: lending to the public) and / or e-commerce.
• Developed analytical and business research skills.
• Ability to work both alone and effectively in a team.
• Ability to do a research and analyze a large amount of information, development prospects and risks.
• Ability to perform productively and efficiently in situations of pressure and resource constraints.
• Responsibility and flexible thinking.
• Ability to delve into the essence of the task, taking into account the requirements for quality, final result and deadlines.
