We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter looking to advance his/her career in investment banking and contribute to an exceptionally vibrant and ever-changing fabric of financial markets by working with a team of seasoned IB professionals participating directly in landmark ECM, Pre-IPO and M&A transactions

Responsibilities:

All-round support in execution of ECM, pre-IPO and M&A transactions;
Data mining and analysis;
Industry mapping and origination of new ideas and business opportunities;
Financial modelling and company valuation;
Coordination across project teams, both internal and external;
Preparation of info memos, pitchbooks, investor presentations and relevant transaction documents.

Requirements:

Insatiable desire to overdeliver on every task;
Excellent academic record and a degree from leading university;
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial modelling;
Sharp oral and written communication skills (in English and Russian);
High standards of diligence and integrity;
Impeccable attention to detail;
Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently, thrive under stress and work long hours;
