Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility for UI/UX analysis and creating roadmap for improvements based on usage scenarios priorities;
Generates and tracks product metrics and analyses use scenarios;
Creating business requirements, development plans, agrees with stakeholders, Represent the customer within the development process;
Evaluate competitors features, positioning. Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market;
Content Creation: contribute to documentations and presentation in both Russian and English to support internal and external assets.
Product support: certification, migration of users to the latest version of the application
Project Administration: provide administrative support for ongoing projects , ensuring smooth coordination and execution of tasks.

Requirements:

Technical Proficiency: expertise in software development, UI/UX
Attention to Detail: patience and attentiveness in working with data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in analysis.
Initiative and Communication: proactive approach to pushing the analytical process forward, asking insightful questions, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
Language Skills: English at an intermediate+ level
