Responsibilities:

1. System support and development: Initiates changes to the operation of information systems to increase the efficiency of omnichannel promotion and controls the timing of system changes (SalesForceAutomation incl. MiT); CRM (incl. SalesForce); DigitalMarketing Platform (incl. SalesForce MarketingCloud)

2. Responsible for the process of collecting and storing personal data of HCPs, including setting targets for the sales team and monitoring their implementation

3. Evaluates the effectiveness of planned and ongoing activities within the framework of omnichannel promotion: activities tracking report, dashboards etc.

4. Participation in regular business reviews and short- and long-term planning, prepare regular reports for the regional team

5. Conducts risk analysis related to both the operation of information systems and the use of omnichannel promotional tools, calculating and suggesting scenarios to reduce risks

6. Participates in the company's strategic projects, including those related to optimizing current processes, developing portfolio strategies, new communication channels and increasing efficiency of the omni-channel promotion

7. 1 subordinary – Digital Project’s Specialist

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years work in business excellence, analytics, SFE

2. High level of education (economy, marketing, management, IT)

3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Microsoft Excel at the level of an advanced user.

4. Knowledge of SalesForce Automation group of systems, including MiT. CRM (including Salesforce). Digital Marketing Platform (including MarketingCloud Salesforce - email, SMS, HCP segmentation)

5. Excellent analytical skills

6. Good understanding of pharmaceutical business specific

7. Innovative and open mind

8. Good teams’ player

9. Focus on a systematic approach to achieving business results
