Обязанности:
We Support of office network infrastructure (number of users 250 + people)
Installation/configuration/maintenance of Win 10/11, Win Server 2019
- Maintenance of VPN server, RDP server, WSUS, DC\DHCP\DNS\RDP\RDGW, HYPER-V
- Maintenance of Office 2019 / 2021 and other application software
- Organization of remote access to resources.
- participation in IT projects, selection of solutions and equipment.
- Work on the ticket system in the CRM system.
- Administration of virtual servers in VMWARE environment on ESXI 5.5 platform. Management via VCENTER via Vsphere.
- Installation, configuration and basic administration of 1C server, creating users, adding to databases, database backups, creating copies. (Work with SQL server.)
-Configuration and installation of equipment (network equipment, printers, MFPs, workstations, user support and advice.)
-Work in the Service Desk system
-Purchase of equipment (laptops, printers, servers, accessories, consumables)
-Network installation
-Accounting and inventory of equipment.
-Work with the equipment of HP, D-Link , Rujie , Konica, Msi, Asus, Toshiba,Dell EMC, Lenovo, D-Link, etc..
1.Technical support for workstations, software and applications in the workplace of User.
2. Installation of corporate software and peripherals, replacement of cartridges in personal printers.
3. Installation and configuration of user workstations on the Customer’s site with connection to the office corporate computer network.
4. Relocation of equipment with maintenance of documentation in accordance with the requirements.
5. Adding components to existing equipment.
6. Changes to components of existing equipment.
7. Verification of equipment performance for organizing video conferencing in accordance with user requests.
8. Advising of users on the correct use of equipment.
9. Diagnostics and coordination of repair of the equipment of the end user. The troubleshooting of corporate software and restoring system functionality, if necessary, within the framework of the available competence. Migration and recovering of user data.
10. Running and maintain the relevance of a single knowledge base concerning the end-user support.
11. Preparation and labelling of fixed assets in installation centres.
12. The connection of users' mobile devices to the corporate wireless network.
13. Installation of stationary telephones at users' workplaces based on relevant requests. Primary diagnostics of network printers and the elimination of minor faults if it is technically possible. Replacement of cartridges, coordination of equipment repair.
14. Assistance in the execution of work on the serviced sites of the Customer on the basis of previously provided instructions for centralized IT services if it is impossible to solve the problem remotely.
15. Installation on users' workplaces and support for technical performance of applications.
16. The service for changing the server part of the application (application software) in accordance with the recommendations of the software maker without making changes to the software code of the application data.
17. The services for changing the technical configurations of the application with changes in the program code of the application.
