Main Responsibilities:

Identifying and attracting new clients.
Maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Developing and implementing sales strategies.

Candidate Expectations:

Experience in sales, preferably in the field of manpower or related industries.
Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of German will be an advantage.
Having your own client base interested in labor leasing will be an advantage.
Ability to handle a large volume of information and maintain a high level of work organization.
