We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Assistant to support our executive team and enhance communication with our potential clients.

Your ability to adapt and prioritize tasks will be crucial as you navigate a fast-paced business environment.

What we expect of you?
  • Work as a Project Manager: coordinating project tasks received from CBDO, collecting feedback from teams on deadlines, task status and issues.
  • Administrative and operational activities: working with partners, including signing NDAs. Preparing reports and data analytics on current and potential partners. Attending meetings, coordinating and organizing appointments and calls.
  • Working closely with CBDO and running errands.
  • Pre-sales activities and communicating with clients on product.
  • Managing large tasks: ability to break a large task into smaller tasks, prioritize, dependencies, deadlines, responsible parties and how to implement such tasks.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Communication with related departments.

  • Forward thinking: proactive mindset, ability to suggest improvements and implement innovative solutions to streamline processes.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  • Project management experience: ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
