Brandquad is an IT company and one of the most successful startups of the Russian Venture Company (RVC) in the field of e-commerce solutions.

We started our journey in 2015 and since then we have been developing and implementing our platform that automates the entire process of working with products: from creating and storing data to collecting analytics on online sales metrics.

Our clients are your favorite brands: more than 50 global companies around the world, such as L'Oreal, Estée Lauder, Hasbro, Coty, Henkel, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Kimberly Clark, Bayer, Teva, Stada, Dior, and retailers such as Chalhoub Group.

Brandquad's headquarters are located in Russia (Moscow, Volgograd) and its global office is in France (Paris, Lille).

Chief Operating Officer // COO

As the COO of Brandquad, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that the strategic vision of the CEO is executed effectively.

You will work closely with the company’s senior leaders to align the operational processes and resources with the business goals and customer needs. You will also be in charge of managing the relationships with key partners, suppliers and stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that enhance sales performance and productivity. Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals, and ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively.
  • Project Pricing and Planning: Oversee the pricing and planning of projects, ensuring they are competitively priced and well-planned. This includes developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
  • Implementation Execution: Lead the execution of product implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and meet the high-quality standards of our company. This includes coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners. This includes negotiating contracts, resolving issues, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Customer Success & Support: Oversee the customer success and support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop strategies to improve customer service quality and enhance customer relationships.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance measures that evaluate operational effectiveness, talent development, and customer satisfaction. Regularly review performance metrics and provide feedback and recommendations to the team.
  • Company Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our core values and promotes employee engagement, collaboration, and well-being.
  • Strategy and Organisation: Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. Ensure that the company's operational plans are aligned with business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that optimize efficiency, quality and scalability
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the different departments and teams, and providing feedback and guidance
  • Managing the budget and financial planning of the operations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues and risks, and ensuring business continuity and crisis management
  • Representing the company externally and building strong partnerships with clients, vendors, investors and other relevant parties

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a COO or a similar senior leadership role in a SaaS or e-commerce company
  • Strong knowledge of product data management, digital shelf analytics and omni-channel distribution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams across different functions and locations
  • A visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction
