Main Goal is to organize and to control supply chain process of the company in Uzbekistan
Duties:
1. To be responsible for the development and management of the Company's logistics systems in Uzbekistan.
1.1. To ensure the availability of the necessary warehouse network on the Territory to maintain the business of the Enterprise.
1.2. To manage the process of transporting incoming and outgoing flows of the Enterprise.
1.3. To ensure customs clearance of export and import goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
2. To organize effective work with the company's clients.
3. To ensure timely purchase of raw materials, equipment, spare parts and other goods, works and services for the needs of the Enterprise in the required quality and on the best terms.
3.1 To create and optimize functional and cross-functional processes in order to reduce costs, improve the service provided to customers, reduce commercial and other risks, improve the financial performance of the Enterprise; Take an active part in Enterprise projects.
4. To provide a systematic analysis of the logistics services market, monitor and analyze the activities of logistics partners (3PL/4PL).
5. To act as a representative of the Company on all issues related to the work of the supply management department.
6. To be responsible for the preparation of the budget plan of the supply management department, draw up action plans and ensure their implementation; Control the operating expenses of the supply management department on a monthly basis, plan and monitor the implementation of CapEx.
7. To ensure the process of professional improvement/growth of managers and specialists of the department.
8. To participate in the development of a system of key performance indicators for each area of the supply management department and indicators for awarding employees of the customer service department.
9. To observe and ensure compliance by their subordinates with corporate rules, policies, instructions, labor protection requirements, fire safety, internal labor regulations, labor discipline.
Qualification requirements
• Higher education;
• Excellent negotiation skills, including tough negotiations in English;
• Experience in logistics and procurement for at least 5 years. Experience in supply chain management, logistics and procurement in an international or large local manufacturing company for at least 3 years in the following areas:
o Working with clients
o Purchase of raw materials
o Indirect purchases
o Transportation
o Warehouse operations
o Customs clearance
o Project activities
• Experience in designing logistics systems and logistics facilities (experience in starting operations from scratch will be an advantage);
• Experience in using logistics information systems (warehouse and transport), good knowledge of the functionality;
• Experience in the organization of cargo transportation on all types of transport, including rail;
• Knowledge of warehouse management principles;
• Knowledge of inventory planning and management methods and approaches;
• Experience in making short- and long-term forecasts for raw materials, planning the need for raw materials;
• Understanding the principles of S&OP;
• Experience in developing business plans and contracts;
• Experience in conducting tenders for the procurement of goods and services,
• Excellent knowledge of Incoterms, rules of foreign economic activity;
• Understanding the price components and their impact on the total cost of ownership;
• Knowledge of the requirements for the design of supply, transport, warehouse, sales and financial documentation;
• At least 5 years of experience in managing supply chain teams;
• Leadership qualities, the ability to inspire staff, apply different methods of motivating subordinates;
• Ability to adapt quickly to new working conditions, fast learning, multitasking, stress tolerance;
• The ability to set clear goals and objectives, solve problems independently, quickly and effectively;
• Experience in budgeting and cost control;
• Good presentation skills;
• English language proficiency – written and oral at the Advanced level;
• PC skills – advanced level in MS Office programs;
