Running on Waves Ltd is a ship-owning company. Our Running on Waves flagship represents luxury sailing travel experience. The Company had built a sea travel web service platform called Embarq. The platform unifies such features as booking various ships and yachts, travel content and guides, custom themed tours, as well as an interactive travel planner.

This position mainly implies taking over the social networks of the platform, to design ideas for the website’s improvement, and to conduct other types of activities to promote and grow https://embarq.travel/. These tasks also include getting to know about the ship’s website – https://www.running-on-waves.com/ and corresponding social accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Participation in construction and formulation of marketing and promotion strategies, ads and sales campaigns,

- Compose content plan for socials and the website,

- Create and publish posts on all accounts,

- Photo and video editing,

- Create articles for the platform’s website,

- Participation in marketing events (conferences, exhibits, business meetings, webinars),

- Assist in administration of the website,

- Participation in formulating SEO strategies, ideally taking part in the implementation as well,

- Analyzing our web and other statistics,

- Ideas for sales funnel and UI/UX.

Required skills:

- 3+ years experience of marketing and sales in IT (web or tourism products and services),

- Ability to dive into the spirit of the products and services sold and promoted, and to tailor to clients’ and partners wants and needs,

- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher,

- Experience in international markets,

- Strong copyright skills,

- Basic knowledge of cruise market or yacht market sales.

Conditions:

- 80,000 roubles net, plus % commission from contribution to sales of both projects, plus KPI based on promotion statistics,
