We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Business Assistant. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the operational activities of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, document management, and assisting in liaising with external partners. This is an excellent opportunity for growth within the company, as many of our Assistant eventually transition into managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare shipping documents and ensure their accuracy
Assist in drafting contracts with contractors and agents
Maintain and update document registers
Handle the administrative process for manager bonuses
Verify and process manager travel expense reports
Oversee the licensing of companies
Study international waste transportation regulations for shipments
Manage relationships with banks and handle the opening of new corporate accounts
Work with letters of credit
Organize the shipment of material samples

Job Details:

Working Hours: Full-time
Remote
Base Salary: 50000 RUB per month upon successful completion of probation

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Languages: fluent English
Computer Skills: Proficient in computer and office software
Strong negotiation and business communication skills
Internet research skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Legal background is a plus

Experience:

Previous experience in one of the following roles is preferred: Office Manager/Personal Assistant/Legal Counsel
