Job Description
1. Undertake billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other financial duties for Cainiao Logistics. Ensure the accuracy of billing configurations, take responsibility for billing results, and follow up on the progress of issuing invoices, reconciliation, and collections.
2. Make provisions for month-end closing, ensuring the accuracy of operational logistics income and cost data, and perform reasonableness checks on the monthly financial data.
3. Coordinate with technology and product teams to transform billing tasks into settlement products and operate them within the system, driving implementation.
4. Understand business models, possess certain settlement and billing planning capabilities, and promote the standardization of settlement processes.
5. Design settlement processes based on the distinctive characteristics of different industries, and produce executable operational rules.
6. Other work related to settlement, billing, and account management.

Job Requirement
1. Over 3 years of experience in settlement or finance, with e-commerce or logistics industry preferred.
2. Advanced Excel skills, with experience in Russian financial operations being a plus.
3. Strong communication skills, flexible thinking, and strong ability to work under pressure.
4. Good team player, down-to-earth, hardworking, with a sense of service and product orientation.
5. Proficient in English/Russian as a working language.
