We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to join our team whose main task is to collect, analyze, and interpret data about user behavior on the website or mobile application of our FinTech products.

What is to be done:

Building a data analysis process in the company for internal customers (product and marketing);
Collection of data about users and their behavior from various sources (web analytics, CRM system, etc.);
Data analysis to determine key product metrics (conversions, revenue, churn, etc.);
Conducting cohort analysis and user segmentation;
Formulating and testing hypotheses together with the team;
Creating reports and dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and web platform optimization strategies;

Our expectations from the candidate:

Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude;
Familiarity with marketing and digital analytics basics and how utm tags work;
Self-configuration of events;
SQL (basic proficiency);
Excel Power user;
Time management, planning and prioritization of tasks; Ability to explain and argue your point of view;
Analytical and critical thinking;
Flexibility and adaptability.
