NextGen Graduate program - Field Engineer TRS

NextGen is a global leadership development program that is designed to accelerate development of defined competencies and skill sets to prepare you for future leadership positions from Fresh graduates to Frontline leaders driven by a defined Technical Career Path.

Program is opened in Tubular Running Service (спуск скважинного оборудования) on Sakhalin location.

Responsibilities:

• You will combine technical and soft skills training with on-the-job training and full-time job of a Field Engineer in specific Service Department.

• Our NextGen Graduate Field Engineer will be the first point of contact for customers on the job site.

• Field Engineer will provide technical and engineering support on location to ensure proper job execution applying Weatherford equipment and software tools.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. of Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Drilling)
• English language proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and presentation skills
• Advanced PC user
• Willingness to work in the field by rotational schedule for the next 5 years on different remote locations (Weatherford and its customers' facilities)
