We currently lack a lawyer with international experience to continue to grow boldly, legally and gracefully. :)

You are the one we need if:

• Your English level is from advanced and higher;

• You have experience working in an international company;

• Have experience in the IT-sphere (cybersecurity is a huge advantage, any IT knowledge is also a must);

• You are a “king” of punctuality;

• You are able to control your tasks and time.

Briefly about what you have to do:

• Due dilligence of new customers/contractors​;
• NDA review​;

• DPA review​;

• Applications review​;
• Review of standard sales agreements;
• Review of Customer’s Codes of Conduct and other policies and procedures​;
• Draft of addendums to agreements;
• Maintanance of contract legal database​;
• Marketing agreements.
