Product manager

Purpose of job:

The primary role of the position is to define and implement the product strategy and roadmap providing the growth of business profitability.

Key mission is to manage product portfolio collaborating with regional commercial teams , market managers and internal technical experts to maximise value of our products for the business and our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmaps, driving its implementation
• In cooperation with Market Managers and Technical Experts develop offers for strategic segments
• In cooperation with Market managers and with a contribution of Technical experts define geographical strategy, incl new regions for development
• Review and analyse product and customer P&Ls to gain insights that guide commercial decision making
• Lead the sales forecasting process by market/product line
• Define, implement and monitor pricing policies; lead price management campaigns; define commercial policies that ensure product strategies are clear and consistently implemented

Requirements:

• Higher professional education – business, technical, marketing, financial or economics
• At least 3 years experience in product management, sales and marketing or analytics
• Capability to develop and interpret the P&L of a product range
• Capability to propose strategic plans for product portfolio
• Capability to elaborate capacity planning, supply/demand analysis
• Capability to develop pricing policies
• ​English language (Upper Intermediate)
• Advanced knowledge of office applications (Microsoft Office) and Yandex applications.
