Our team is made up of talented individuals who are driven to create innovative solutions and deliver exceptional results, and now we are looking for Customer Success Manager to make our client even more happy.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by building strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and driving product adoption. You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximizing the value they receive from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Training: Welcome new customers to RapiDev, providing them with comprehensive training on our platform and features.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with our customers, acting as their primary point of contact for support, guidance, and feedback. The ability to recognize and resolve conflict situations so that the mood of our customers is always at its highest level
Product Adoption: Identify opportunities to increase product usage and adoption, proactively recommending new features and solutions to customers.
Customer Retention: Work closely with customers to resolve any issues they may encounter and ensure their satisfaction and make them happy.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback and share it with the product team to help us continually improve our platform.
Data Analysis: Track customer engagement and satisfaction metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Summary: you must be a true supporter and friend to our customers.

Qualifications

Native-level English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as you will be interacting with english-sreaking clients.
Experience living in the United States: A deep understanding of the American market and culture is crucial for providing tailored support to our US-based clients.
Customer success experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a focus on customer success or account management.
Technical proficiency: A basic understanding of web development and no-code platforms is a plus.
Strong relationship building skills: You are a skilled communicator and relationship builder who can build rapport and trust with clients.
Analytical skills: You are able to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to drive customer success.
Problem-solving skills: You are a resourceful problem solver who can effectively address customer issues and concerns.
