Financial controller (Финансовый контролер)

Fashion Trading DMCC is a Dubai company opened in 2023 by one of the founders of Lamoda to develop multibrand wholesale stock business for international brands.

Our team in Russia includes top managers from Familia, Aliexpress and Lamoda, who have a strong expertise and solid professional background in fashion and ecommerce.

Due to dynamic development, we are currently looking for a Financial controller to strengthen the Financial department team.

Financial controller tasks:

1. building and controlling the budget:

- building P&L, CF and BS budget (with several budgeted lines),

- control of revenues and expenses – revenue, logistics, travel etc.,

- bi-weekly controls of payables and receivables,

- rolling cash flow,

- timely controlling of cash gaps

2. setting up accounting for profit, calculating bonuses,

3. participation in all steps of commercial transaction: checking pricing in purchase order, controlling PO to proforma invoice and later to shipping documents, creating proforma invoices for Client and sales invoice for trade transactions and commission transactions in the system.

4. communication with external accountants and auditors, providing all necessary documents and checking transactions and reports;

5. structuring transactions in terms of the greatest efficiency,

6. calculating acceptable payment conditions for commercial transactions given financial stability of the business,

7. checking the conditions of contracts

8. supporting CFO with structuring foreign businesses, distribution of capital and finance between countries. Dividend payments

9. hedging of currency risks.

Main competences:

Advanced user of accounting systems and Excel, fluent in English, experience in fashion and international environment is an advantage. Degree in Finance, relevant work experience more than 3 years.

Personality:

Ability to work independently, attention to details, analytical mind, readiness to start from scratch.
