- Collect & verify Evidences from Partner after activity completion, compare vs Cost Estimation which was initially confirmed at Budget creation stage;

- Communicate with managers to get confirmation services provided;

- Generate closing documents based on received evidences;

- Communicate with project Owner in case of questions to the services provided within the project;

- Track the project status and compensation status (data collection and proceeding; reports preparation);

We expect You

to be experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word);
to speak and read English (at least A2)
to be attentive to details (there`s lots of routine work and large volume of information in limited terms);
to be multitasking;
