Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Full scope of Marketing and PR activities and hotel support form marketing prospective, following marketing plan and ACCOR Brand standards
- Development and implementation of the annual marketing plan/strategy
- Initiate and lead the hotel activities in order to promote the main hotel USP’s / positioning all hotel services for the target audience
- Develop and implement the SMM and SEM strategy for the property (and outlets)
- Maximizes PR and external promotion of the hotel via social media platforms
- Write and distribute all press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets
- Content management
- Media positioning
- Manage photoshootings for seasonal promotions collateral and public relations purposes (for F&B advertising)
- Managing filming, advertising and other videoshooting request
- Develop and execute promotions campaign for rooms and conferences plus F&B, through relevant digital and social media channels
- Maintain a comprehensive list of local media contracts (also with bloggers)
- Verifies all collateral in accordance with Accor Brand book and standard guidelines
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Designs leaflets and brochures both in print and digital to support S&M activities
- Together with DOSM organizing internal clients events (main responsible person)
- Coordinates special local marketing activities
- Contacts with ASO regarding regional marketing campaigns
- Maintains accurate marketing statistics and accounting records. Analysis of the effectiveness of the projects
- Together with eCommerce Director maintains hotel web page in connection with 3rd party providers, OTAs, social platforms
- Selecting and working with specialized agencies on videos, photography, 3d tours, collaterals
- Analysis of Competitors’ activities and benchmarking
Our Marketing Manager has the following qualifications:
- Higher professional education and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the similar position in other international Hotel chains
- Energizing, active and multitasking
- Proactive and action oriented with an attention to details
- Possesses excellent writing skills both in English and in Russian
