Middle/Senior UI/UX researcher

We are looking for a UI/UX Researcher with an advanced English level and at least 2 years of research experience, whose main responsibility will be doing qualitative research.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct qualitative user/customer research (customer interviews, usability tests);
• Generate hypotheses based on the research findings, presenting research results to stakeholders across the company, and advocating for the product enhancements based on the research you conducted;
• Work closely with colleagues from product team.

We need:

• At least 2 years of Research experience (B2C segment);
• Advanced level of oral and written English (all our users are English speaking, and all research data is in English);
• Independency, a strong sense of individual initiative;
• Understanding of qualitative research methodologies (JTBD as necessarily);
• Comfortable speaking a lot to customers in English;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

We will be especially thrilled if you:
