Requirements:

• Strong academic background from a leading Russian university
• Good command of English
• From 2 years experience as a lawyer (international company preferable)
• Strong knowledge and experience in Russian Civil Law (understanding where and how to find the information and how to apply it)
• Drive, motivation, curiosity, liability, diligence

Duties:

• Contracts writing, examining and amending under the Russian legislation
• Resolution of insurance claims
• Drafting, review and legal expertise of various contracts and agreements (i.e. supply contracts, sales contracts, service contracts, etc.) both in English and Russian
• Filing & keeping all corporate documentation under the Russian legislation
• Company’s day-to-day operations legal support
• Power of Attorney drafting, notarization, licensing support
• Company representation in courts or before government bodies

Conditions:
