- Managing service agencies for repairing and maintenance

- Collect request for claim daily & review with client

- Standard service control & managing the timing, execution

- Communicate with service agencies & production vendor (give description to vendor)

- Control service cost & payment (check payment schedule)

- Making completion report

- Warehouse status management (Cost summary & optimization)

- ISM(instore management) team’s technical support

Requirements:

- From 3 years of In-store management experience

- Strong understanding & knowledge of full process of ISM production

- Agency/Client side work experience (Retail/ Shopper Marketing)

- Ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with teams and clients

- Good communication skills

- Proactive to identify opportunities and issues

- Ability to multitask, manage, prioritize and produce results quickly and keen to learn

- Good business level of English communication

Conditions:

- 3 months of probation

- DMS(Reso garantiya) after 3 months of probation
