Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end data integration of data sources and systems to transportation system and data warehouse.
• Collaborate closely with different business stakeholders and build solid understanding of their processes and data landscape. Act as a business partner for defining stakeholders.
• Coordinate data models production and deployment, contribute to data publishing and data integration processes.
• Build, enhance, and control data governance activities.
• Support business functions in data issues investigation.
• Define and apply the modelling methodology and principles in full alignment with IT and business functions.
• Ensure full and up-to-date documentation of data model in place.

• High education in technology or mathematics preferably.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years’ experience of work with data: Data Bases, good level of understanding in area of business processes, Excel - advanced.
• 3+ years’ experience in working with business information, Metrics and KPI's through data systematization projects.
• Attention to details, strong analytical skills (business, data), problem solving.
• Client- and action-oriented with focus on goals.
• Team player with ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work in situations with ambiguity, stress resistant.
• Stakeholder Management
• English (written and spoken) – intermediate level.

Experience:

• Data architecture and modelling tools (Enterprise Architect preferably or analogies) will be a plus.
• Knowledge of reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) for data governance analysis/investigation. Experience in implementation of regular reporting and KPI's.
• Experience in project management for tasks aimed at process automation and data systematization.
• Experience in working with project management solutions (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in process description and creating object-oriented diagrams.
