Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an organized and proactive Call Center Specialist to support our clients and provide them the most relevant information.

Responsibilities:

Making outgoing calls to a database of potential clients;
Receiving incoming calls from potential clients;
Correspondence with clients in corporate messenger
chats and via email;
Consulting and questioning a potential client on
basic needs (budget, period of planned purchase, number of rooms, region of purchase, type of housing and other parameters established by the call center regulations);
Entering the identified parameters into the client's card in the CRM;
Transfer of target clients to the sales department for the purpose of further escalation of the client's request and sales and service sales;
Work in accordance with the call center operating regulations;
Reporting on the work done;

Requirements:

Fluent in English.
Work background as a Call Center Operator.
