Director, Commercial Real Estate, Cyprus

BBF is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece is currently looking for senior executive with proven experience in commercial and residential real estate investments, asset management and development, In-depth knowledge and expertise in business planning, management and strategy implementation to achieve company objectives.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead Investment Management of company’s real estate commercial projects
• Business development, negotiations with current and potential clients, cooperation with brokers for investment project valuations
• Strategic planning and advisory for real estate development: highest & best use, feasibility studies, divestment strategies
• Financial modelling / investment strategy evaluation
• Preparation of commercial proposals, negotiation with clients on scope of work and commercial terms, contract management and etc.;

Requirements:

• Wide-ranging expertise within top Developer or 5 international real estate and investment management companies (JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Knight Frank, Colliers)
• Broad spectrum of experience within the property industry, ability to demonstrate a history of working and achieved results in numbers
• Relevant experience in a transactional real estate role, with experience across a range of sectors
• Proven academic track record with strong underlying knowledge of property valuation & structuring
• Capital markets knowledge
• Key areas of expertise: finance and investments, valuation, strategy, data analytics, financing, deals structuring.
• Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Financial Modelling
• Strategic mindset
• Fluent English
