Responsibilities:

  1. Manage regional Infinix fans leaders and the fans communities they run, including supporting fan leaders to plan online and offline fan activities to connect and grow Infinix fan clubs, driving them to achieve their monthly KPI, and recruiting new fans leaders when necessary.

  2. Plan and execute community content strategies during product launches, including topic guidance and discussion facilitation.

  3. Develop local Infinix fan community, take responsibility for the scale of the community, online engagements, offline activity participation.

  4. Launch roadshows in different cities to expand the fan community and find potential core fans.

  5. Work with marketing team to launch official fan activities and contribute to the fans participation and online community content.

  6. Carry out day-to-day operations and resource management in the online fan community, support core fans to improve community participation by starting campaigns on trending topics in combination with local hot news or product marketing needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in community management or a related field; international experience is preferred, community management experience in game company is preferred.

  2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications from a top-tier university.

  3. Proven ability to manage projects within tight timeframes and with limited resources.

  4. Strong passion for gaming, outdoor activities, and social networking.

  5. Keen sense of trending events and ability to create or plan engaging topics and activities.

  6. Open-minded and willing to embrace new ideas; strong self-learning ability.

  7. Excellent command of English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

  8. Be able to travel for business purposes and strong resilience under pressure.
