Head of adoption

Project Overview:

TON Applications Chain (TAC) is a Layer 2 solution to bring EVM on TON

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Define and execute the adoption strategy for TAC, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
• User-Centric Design: Develop and implement user-centric strategies that prioritize the needs and experiences of traditional users over crypto-native ones.
• Product Management: Oversee the design and development of customer journey maps (CJMs), and adapt and improve user interfaces for decentralized applications.
• Team Collaboration: Lead a small team comprising frontend developers, designers, and blockchain specialists to achieve project objectives.
• Project Management: Manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments including marketing, development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to product adoption.
• Community Engagement: Engage with the user community to gather feedback and insights, and use this data to drive product improvements and adoption strategies.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Senior Product Management Experience: Proven track record as a senior product manager or similar role, preferably with experience as a Chief Product Officer (CPO).
• Hands-On Approach: Willingness and ability to work hands-on in product development and project management.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, particularly Layer 2 solutions and decentralized applications.
• User Experience (UX): Experience in designing and optimizing user experiences, particularly for non-crypto-native users.
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with frontend development and design principles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Team Leadership: Experience in leading small to medium-sized teams, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Russian is highly desirable.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in traditional industries with a transition into the crypto space.
• Demonstrated ability to think from a user's perspective rather than a purely technical or crypto-native viewpoint.
