Your main tasks:
  • Sales Goals and Targets:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and revenue targets in the specified regions.

    • Manage both B2B and B2C sales efforts.

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

    • Drive the lead generation process in collaboration with the marketing team.

    Team Education and Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales department.

    Improvements of Core Metrics:

    • Drive improvements in key performance metrics, including leads, conversion rates, sales, and revenue.

    • Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

    Department Development:

    • Oversee the development and growth of the overseas sales department.

    • Hire and mentor new employees, taking responsibility for their results.

    Key Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and support.

    Market Expansion:

    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company’s presence in the specified regions.

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

    • Participate in international exhibitions, presenting the company and its products.

    Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

What we expect from you:

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.

    • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    Skills:

    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    • Fluent english and other european language (must)

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (process automation, IP telephony, messengers, social networks).

    Knowledge:

    • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency mining, the crypto industry, and related market dynamics.

    • Familiarity with the specific characteristics and needs of the Europe, MENA, APAC, and US & Canada markets and customers.
