Associate TMT (Merchant banking IB)

We are looking for an Associate to join our TMT&Infrastructure desk in Merchant banking team. The desk participates in the equity and mezzanine deals with the largest companies in the TMT, IT, Financial and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Development and analysis of potential equity and mezzanine opportunities
• Conducting meetings and support origination of investment deals
• Support for deals analysis and execution
• Participation in structuring of investment deals
• Participation in the preparation of deals documentation
• Preparation of materials for Credit and Investment committee
• Cross-functional interaction with the bank's services (legal, risk, etc.) and external consultants

• Strong financial modelling, valuation, solid quantitative and reasoning skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor and/or master degree from a top-tier university
• 4+ years of work experience in PE funds / Investment banks / M&A and Valuation departments at BIG4/Corporate finance teams in TMT companies
• Fluent oral and written English is a must (including financial and business English)
• Confident knowledge and skills in financial mathematics, corporate finance and financial analysis
• Passed CFA levels is a plus
