Life in Dubai is fast-paced, and so is my work. That's why I'm looking for a PA who can bring structure and organization to my daily routine. Whether it’s managing my schedule, handling communications, or keeping track of various projects, I need someone who can seamlessly keep everything on track, allowing me to focus on the bigger picture.
Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be my right hand in ensuring that everything runs smoothly, both in my personal life and occasionally in my professional work. Here’s a high-level overview of what I expect:
- Ad-Hoc Projects: From finding and organizing an apartment to connecting with real estate brokers, scheduling viewings, and eventually furnishing the place, you’ll handle it all. This could also include planning trips, arranging services, or overseeing other personal projects that come up.
- Organizational Routine: You’ll be the go-to person for all things organizational—whether it’s booking appointments, ordering items, or managing day-to-day errands. If it needs to be done, you’ll ensure it happens smoothly and on time.
- Work-Related Support: Occasionally, I may need assistance with work-related tasks like preparing presentations or conducting analysis. If needed, you’ll coordinate with other professionals, such as freelance designers, to ensure everything is styled and delivered to a high standard.

Basic Requirements
- English Proficiency: Solid B2 or C1 level is required. While Dubai operates in English, many people here aren’t native speakers, so clear and effective communication is key. Most interactions will happen through WhatsApp or online platforms.
- Digital Savvy: You should be comfortable using basic digital tools, from spreadsheets to tools like ChatGPT, to handle tasks efficiently.
Time Commitment!
This role is expected to require about a quarter of full-time hours, offering flexibility while ensuring all tasks are managed effectively!
