• NextFlow
• Snakemake, nf-core, Airflow or other (slurm, cwl, etc.), bash scripts
• Python+NextFlow, Git, Linux, data science experience (Jupyter / RStudio) a plus
• Bioinformatics developer with 3-year experience

• Experience in developing highly portable data pipelines (NextFlow, Snakemake, etc.)

• Fluent English (both written and verbal form)
• Applicable qualification in software development or computer science
• Background or experience in human cancer biology is a bonus
• Ability to advise software developers on relevant biology
• Familiar with sequence analysis and/or microarray data analysis tools and algorithms
