Regional Account Manager for one of its brands
TECNO Mobile in Ural.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with clients and customers.
Objective: To manage communications and sales with key partners in regions.
Area of Responsibility (URAL Rgion)
Responsibilities:
- Develop business relations with main regional customers; through distributors, and/or directly.
- Ensures monthly / quarterly / annual fulfillment sales plan (sell-in & sell-out) for all product categories.
- Set and maintenance of commercial terms and conditions with regional key partners;
- Target settings and budget management (federal promo, target BB) and brand strategy implementation;
- Create and maintain assortment matrix for all product categories for each customer; ensure products availability on stock and on the shelves in retail outlets, RRP monitoring.
- In-house share and market share increasing in accordance with company’s targets;
- General sales tasks and performs sale review;
- Cooperate with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, Trade Marketing teams;
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular contacts
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience (FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Mobile);
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Good English (Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate);
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills;
- Ready for Business Trips;
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
