Overseas Market Account Manager

Job Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Development
- Conduct in-depth market research in Russia, analyze competitors, and develop and execute market promotion plans and goals.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with distributors, food producers, and other relevant stakeholders in the Russian region.
- Participate in local exhibitions and business conferences to develop potential clients on behalf of the company.
Customer Relationship Management
- Arrange and visit potential and key local customers to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share.
- Establish a complete customer relationship management system, track customer information, and conduct regular follow-ups.
Sample Testing and Follow-up
- Promote product sample testing, maintain continuous communication with customers, track progress, and resolve issues.
- Arrange video conferences between customers and the Shanghai team to discuss potential cooperation and sample testing matters.
Sales Team Management
- Develop and decompose sales targets, and lead the sales team to complete regional sales tasks.
- Track the sales performance of team members, provide guidance and support, and improve the overall sales capabilities of the team.
- Be responsible for the analysis and reporting of sales data, analyze market dynamics, and report to the Shanghai team regularly.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Russian (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and good communication skills in English or Chinese.
- 3+ years of experience in food industry additives, with rich industry knowledge and a wide network of contacts.
- Familiar with Russian food regulations, understanding local market characteristics and consumer habits.
- Excellent business negotiation skills, contract signing abilities, and customer relationship management skills. Proficient in using CRM systems.
- Proactive, resilient, and with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership.
