We are looking for a Lead Engineer with robust full stack and architecture experience to join our dynamic fully distributed team.
The client - early-stage startup passionate about empowering small and medium-sized businesses to harness the power of AI for their business analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of our product
Learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly in the AI and data analytics space, integrate relevant technologies into our product, both commercial and open source systems like OpenAI and MistralAI
Build and test AI Agents and integrate various tools for AI agents to use, including data processing, OCR and others

Skills required:

5+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on software architecture
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing and operational stability
Strong back-end development experience with Python
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling, including technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding or an ability to quickly learn AI/ML concepts and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience in data processing and ETL pipelines, solid understanding of traditional and modern data management techniques
Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
Strong spoken and written english skills (Intermediate level and more)
