We're on the hunt for a Product Manager.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably fintech, web3 and DeFi sector (a very big plus).
-Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, crypto currencies, smart contracts.
-Experience leading cross-functional teams, including developers, ux designers, analysts.
-Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
-Proficiency in English and Russian.
-Knowledge of UI/UX principles with practical application experience.
-Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
-Strong skills in strategic planning and market analysis.

Role Involves:
-Defining and executing product strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
-Collaborating with marketing to build a user base and drive product adoption.
-Conducting market research and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions.
-Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to optimize results.
-Overseeing the product development process to ensure timely and successful launches.
-Ensuring the product meets its promised features, providing fintech solutions for non-crypto users.
-Ensuring the product is intuitive and easy to use, without requiring knowledge of cryptocurrencies.
-Building a recognizable and trustworthy brand among non-crypto users, and achieving target engagement and activity metrics on social media.
-Ensuring compliance with all necessary regulatory requirements and security standards.
-Maintaining product reliability and data security.
-Continuously improving the product through user feedback and regular updates.
