Johnson & Johnson Vision is looking for an experienced sales person for the position of Key Account Executive of the Surgical Equipment portfolio.

Area of responsibilities: South
Description:
- Responsible for the ophtalmosurgery segment of J&J Vision business (equipment and consumables) in terms of selling, marketing and application on the assigned territory;
- English intermediate or fluent.Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers;
- Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities;
- Create trusted advisor long-term relationships with dealers and customers;
- Implement new equipment technologies to the customers, application of acquired equipment to their specific needs;
- Grow the market share.
Requirements:
- Higher education, higher medical education is not required, but will be an additional advantage
- Obligatory experience in medical devices or hospital sales of Pharma from 2 years during the last 4 years;
- Project management experience is preferable (KAM’s role as an advantage);
- Proven experience in commercial and territory management;
- Skilled in forecasting and analyzing market trends and how it will affect the business operations of the organization;
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
- Ability to handle stressful situations with ease and work with high levels of patience and enthusiasm under all circumstances;
- Ability to communicate, present and influence key opinion leaders and decision makers at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;
- Skilled in scheduling and managing a wide range of tasks;
- Skilled in communicating with the team members and clients;
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities;
- Experience in performing dealer and customer product trainings;
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
- Providing efficient service to the clients, resolving their complains, and ensuring their satisfaction;
- Preparing and maintaining detailed reports and sharing them with management and the team;
- Defining and controlling the expenses for educational and promotional activities;
- Skilled in using a wide range of computer applications for database management, reporting, and communication;
- Ready for business trips (50%)
