Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Front-End Developer to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade. You will be focusing on migrating our technology stack to NextJS and fostering a culture of excellence. This role is designed for someone with extensive experience in NextJS and a knack for mentoring others, ready to dive deep into our codebase and lead significant parts of our tech roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with project managers and lead developers on a variety of assignments.
Take the lead in leading projects or major features such as core logic, migrating our old stack codebase to multiple NextJS projects.
Provide structured guidance and mentorship to younger colleagues.
Be proactive in suggesting improvements and engaging in open discussions, influencing our product direction.
Continuously improve and optimize our existing codebase across various frameworks, impacting our technological capabilities and market competitiveness.
Actively contribute to front-end decision-making processes, shaping the future of our products.
Be a vocal and dedicated team member, contributing to our innovative and customer-centric culture.
Work closely with the lead developer, enjoying a high degree of autonomy in choosing technologies and suggesting new approaches.

Required skills:

5+ years of front-end development experience.
Proven production experience with NextJS.
Extensive practical experience with tests, especially end-to-end (E2E) testing with Playwright.
Profound understanding of TypeScript (ES6+).
Exceptional proficiency in CSS and SASS.
Proficient with Git version control.
Competent in utilizing package managers like npm or yarn.
Strong command of written and spoken English (B2 level or higher).
Experience in iGaming projects, ideally from the CIS region.
Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
