Strong Private equity fund (AUM over 1 billion USD) looks for Investment analyst to strengthen it's team

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of investment deals
• Participation in management of portfolio companies (mainly Financial institutions)
• Market research
• Business valuation and financial modeling
• Preparation of investment memorandums and presentations
• Coordination of the third-party consultants during the valuation and DD engagements
• Helping senior colleagues at deals' structuring and closing

Requirements:

• Higher education from a leading economic or financial university
• 1,5 - 3 years of relevant experience in investment analysis with investment banks, private equity funds or corporate finance/transaction services divisions of big4 (or similar) consulting companies
• Excellent knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, business valuation;
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Solid financial modeling skills;
• Fluent English, both verbal and written;
• CFA as an advantage;
