Now we’re looking for a strong lead generation leader to boost our Business development team. You’ll be in charge of prospecting and searching for new customers via Upwork channel.

Requirements

  • English level - B2-C1, Russian level - B2-C1

  • Successful experience in lead generation and sales for IT businesses - outsource projects, outstaff services - 2year+

  • Experience with Upwork

  • Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers;

  • Strong communication skills, service and customer oriented;

  • Result-driven, independent, and self-motivated, ability to create innovative ideas to attract new clients;

  • Highly organized, self-disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Active search and attraction of potential clients.

  • Team building.

  • Channel scaling.

  • Attract Target Clients with Upwork.

  • Formation of applications and proposals for potential clients.

  • Qualification of potential clients based on project scope and budget.

  • Filling and updating data in the CRM system.

  • Communicating with various teams within the company to find suitable freelancers for a particular lead, update job profile, etc.
