We are seeking for the Business Development Manager, in field of OEM/OE2/Aftersales/Trade sales.

Responsibility:

  • Development and execution strategy to attract new customers, new business in Russia & CIS countries.
  • Online & offline negotiation with a partners, including senior executives.
  • New contract conclusion.
  • Regular actual sales analysis , building an action plan to improve volumes, margin.

Requirements:

  • Higher education – technical, sales, marketing, management.
  • Fluent English.
  • 10+ years automotive experience in B2B sales, preferrable Tire or Wheels business.
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of Russia & CIS automotive market.
  • Proven track record in business development, expanding sales to the new customers, markets.
  • Analytical skills.
  • CRM systems knowledge.
  • English - fluent.
