Responsibilities:

∙ Develop and update various types of technical documentation, including user and administrator manuals, reference materials, installation instructions, technical specifications, and internal documentation.
∙ Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible to end users.
∙ Collaborate with developers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand technical requirements and product functionality.
∙ Conduct research and analysis to write accurate and detailed documentation.
∙ Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
∙ Organize and structure documentation repositories.
∙ Provide version control and track changes to documentation.
∙ Collect and analyze user feedback to improve documentation quality.
∙ Assist in the translation and localization of documentation for different regions.
∙ Publication of ready-made materials on the company's resources.
∙ Record all activities, collect documentation updates, and track process stages in the CRM system.

Requirements:

∙ Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
∙ Proficiency in English and Russian at C1 level or higher.
∙ At least 3 years of experience in writing and editing technical documentation.
∙ Excellent written communication skills.
∙ Ability to write clear, precise, and easily understandable texts for different audiences.
∙ Understanding of technical terminology and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
∙ Experience with localization and translation projects for documentation.
