FinHarbor - is a fintech software development company specializing in a customizable neobanking platform. Our main product is a flexible banking platform that can be customized to fit different needs. It works for various business types like B2B, B2C, or B2B2C as a whitelabel solution. FinHarbor is a part of Broxus Holding, who is a leading expert in the field of blockchain solutions development.

We are looking for a person to join our team for the role of Business Development Manager to attract new clients from various fields and industries, active sales, and establishing business contacts.

What will you do:

- Development and implementation of a sales strategy aimed at attracting new clients and increasing sales.

- Searching for and attracting new clients in various ways

- Participation in conferences to highlight the service and attract new clients and partners (AW, Sigma, Crypto and other conferences)

- Negotiating with potential clients, maintaining long-term relationships with partners.

- Cooperation with marketing, product development, technical support, etc. departments in order to ensure synergy and achieve common business goals.

To join us you need:

- Up to 2 years experience as Sales manager

- Experience selling in Fintech, Crypto, Mobile, Affiliate Marketing or related fields

- Fluent english

- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under high pressure

- Having your own list of potential customers would be great

- Knowledge of sales management principles and experience in their successful application.

- High communication skills and the ability to negotiate at various levels, languages.

- Be very disciplined as we don’t like micromanagement

- Motivation to earn more and increase your income

- Have basic knowledge in CeFi and DeFi.
