Job Purpose:
Affiliate Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate accounts with focus on Russia/CIS, hunting for new partners and reactivating old accounts.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reactivating old Russian/CIS affiliate accounts, resolving their issues and building relationships;
- Finding and onboarding potential partners, analysing traffic and conversions, scaling affiliates to maximise revenues;
- Owning & executing affiliate campaigns ensuring continuous growth of your affiliate portfolio to achieve targets;
- Maintaining and updating banners and landing pages for your region;
- Analysis of competitors, potential partners and their products;
- Visiting industry conferences and representing the affiliate brand;
- Close collaboration with BI, Marketing & Legal teams to resolve affiliate issues and improve KPIs;
Skills & Qualifications:
- Russian speaker. Additional CIS languages are a plus;
- Knowledge of the Russian/CIS iGaming scene - trends, products, key players, audience;
- Data-driven and curious in maximising revenue potential of affiliate accounts;
- Result-oriented and tenacious in achieving commercial KPIs;
- Understanding different traffic sources and the benefits/risks associated with each, experience analysing traffic quality and identifying fraud;
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working in an affiliation role at reputable sportsbooks or affiliate networks;
- You come with a personal network of affiliate contacts to get off to a flying start with us;
- Knowledge of CPA/Hybrid/CPM deals and their specifics;
- Experience with Income Access is a plus;
