Responsibilities:

Manage the daily running of the call center sales, coordinate and motivate call center staff, make sure team meets company goals, especially, in sales volumes, and provides sufficient sales support. Develop and implement new improvement initiatives to boost the call center’s efficiency and productivity levels.

  • Manage call center sales team, including KPI in sales metrics, incoming line and support sales team, customers, logistics and sales financial operations.
  • Work with other management team members to develop call center objectives, keeping profitability and efficiency in mind.
  • Hire, onboard and train call center personnel.
  • Evaluate staff effectiveness and performance on a regular basis, adjust processes to meet or exceed goals, identify training needs and plan training sessions.
  • Coach and develop call center staff, sales capability growth and challenging of customer’s issues.
  • Analyze call center data, control sales goal completion, control standards.
  • Support and develop continuous improvement, including Lean Perfom culture to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
  • Lead operational reviews with senior stakeholders (incl. Sales Directors and RBS Lead Team).
  • Ensure first-time-right current and possible projects to Call Center in according to GTM model.
  • Voronezh location strictly, with possible business trips to Novosibirsk.
Requirements:
  • year+ of experience in Call Center and/or Sales in managerial positions.
  • 2+ years people management experience with leading team.
  • Senior stakeholders management is a must.
  • Sales acumen.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Stress resistance and emotion control.
  • Business communication advanced.
  • Stakeholders and customers oriented.
  • Communication skills including public presentations.
  • Negotiations experience is preferable.
  • Education: Higher degree.
  • Proven achievements in sales as advantage.
  • MS Office advanced user.
  • Languages: intermediate English is an advantage.
