We are looking for an experienced Game Producer with a proven track record of successful global project launches to join our team at Farcana and bring their expertise to successfully launch our product.

What you can expect in our team:

Manage the full game development cycle, including feature cost analysis and production process.
Assess and control project budgets, forecast development costs, and evaluate profitability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, programmers, artists) to achieve set goals.
Participate in creating and maintaining project documentation, including business plans and marketing strategies.
Analyze successful projects and implement acquired knowledge in new developments.
Interact with key stakeholders and present development progress reports.

Who we are looking for:

Experience as a Game Producer on successful global projects that generated significant revenue and built a brand in the market.
Deep understanding of product economics: knowledge of the cost of feature development and the benefits it can bring.
Experience working with shooters and in the Web3 space; experience in mobile games is also welcome.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and experience with management tools (e.g., Jira).
Creative and business-oriented approach to game development, and systems thinking.
Fluency in English and Russian.
Ability to work remotely on a flexible schedule (GMT+4 time zone).
