Senior investment associate (Junior VP) with a strong Private equity fund

General Responsibilities:

• Management of portfolio companies;
• Interaction with BoDs of portfolio companies and different members of PE deals;
• Analysis of new investment opportunities;
• Taking a significant part in structuring and closing deals;
• Financial modeling and business valuation;
• Supervision of investment analyst's work;
• Reporting to Investment director

Key Requirements:

• Solid economic education from a leading university;
• Senior associate or VP level background with an Investment bank or PE fund;
• Successful track record of PE deals;
• Financial analysis and management reporting skills;
• Strong financial modeling and business valuation skills;
• Highly developed communication skills;
• Strong leadership skills and commitment to professional growth;
• Fluency in English and Russian
