Responsibilities
- Drive HR priorities and Plant people agenda in MDLZ plant.
- Support business growth by driving the right culture, mindsets, values, and behaviors.
- Initiate organization changes, enabling effective team working, driving the right goal alignment processes and performance management.
- Provide HR expertise to the Plant Leadership Team.
- Partner with Leadership Team to deliver against functional HR goals and business goals.
- Lead the Organizational Pillar and build capability within the plant to accelerate the organizational transformations in line with future state concept.
- Ensure that the IL6S Support Structure is properly staffed, trained, and qualifies and address current and future capability needs to deliver the site IL6S ambition.
- Drive Team Effectiveness through capability building and facilitation.
- Cooperate with Centre of Expertise (HR paper flow, C&B, Recruitment, Learning) to deliver plant results.
- Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope.
- Facilitate Employee Engagement Survey.
- Coach & mentor Plant LT.
- Support Labour Relations COE by leading local grievance administration. Execute on the LR strategies on an ongoing basis engage with legal. Elevate issues as required by the escalation process.
Requirements:
- University’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Understanding of change management and the principles of redesign.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Depth knowledge of Labour legislation.
- Deep understanding of organizational and individual development.
- Good knowledge of external employment and development trends, labor markets and competitors.
- Track record of successful employee engagement initiatives.
- Expertise in manufacturing optimization.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strategic, conceptual and analytical skills, ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to lead and drive sustainable change through employee engagement.
- Ability to create effective team.
- Capable of learning new skills.
