We are a small distributed team with global ambitions — to launch a new product category in EventTech. We are currently working to onboard our first customers in North America and Europe.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our products through strategic marketing initiatives. You will act as the bridge between our product development teams and our customers, ensuring our products meet market needs and effectively communicating their value to target audiences. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess and creative flair to deliver compelling marketing strategies that drive demand and adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to inform product development and positioning strategies.
  • Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. Tailor messaging for different segments and channels.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches. Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans, including target audiences, channels, and success metrics.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with necessary tools, materials, and training to sell the product effectively. This includes creating sales presentations, product datasheets, FAQs, and case studies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. Content types include blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and social media posts.
  • Customer Feedback: Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to gather customer feedback on products and identify opportunities for improvement or new product features.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of product marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed.

You are a good fit if you

  • Have at least three years of b2b product marketing on global markets, preferably in a startup environment.

  • Have a strong understanding of marketing principles, online business models, advertising and the business events industry.

  • Speak and write in English fluently.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex product features in a clear and compelling way.

  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
